What Is Screen Printing?
Screen printing is the industry-standard method for high-volume garment decoration. FAQ
Common Questions
What is the minimum order for screen printing?
Screen printing is most cost-effective at 50+ pieces per design. For smaller quantities, DTF printing may be more economical.
How many colors can you print?
We can print up to 8 spot colors per design. For photographic or unlimited color designs, we recommend DTF printing.
What is discharge printing?
Discharge printing removes the dye from the fabric rather than printing on top, creating a super-soft print with a vintage look. Available on 100% cotton garments.
Can you print on dark fabrics?
Yes. We use an underbase white ink layer for printing on dark fabrics, ensuring colors appear true and vibrant.
