Every order that leaves our facility goes through a documented quality control process: fabric inspection on arrival, in-line checks during cutting and sewing, and a final random-sample audit (typically 30-40% of units) before packing. We check measurements against your approved size chart, verify print/embroidery placement and colour accuracy, and inspect for construction defects.
Ethical Manufacturing
We operate with fair working hours, no forced overtime, proper lighting and ventilation, and safety equipment on the production floor. We’re happy to arrange a supplier questionnaire, video walkthrough, or third-party audit for brands that require formal compliance documentation as part of their onboarding process.
Working Toward Formal Certification
If your brand requires suppliers to hold specific certifications (such as OEKO-TEX, GOTS, WRAP, or ISO standards) for a particular order, let us know during your quote request. We’ll confirm current certification status for the relevant product line and materials, and can discuss options for certified fabric sourcing where required.
