What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs generally start around 50-100 pieces per design, though this can vary by product category and by fabric or decoration method. You can mix colours and sizes within that quantity. Let us know your target quantity when requesting a quote and we’ll confirm exact MOQs for your specific order.
Do I need a tech pack to place an order?
No — you can send sketches, reference photos, or an existing sample instead, and our design team will build a technical pack for you. If you already have a tech pack, we’re happy to work directly from it as long as it includes measurements, construction notes and a size chart.
Can I order a sample before committing to bulk production?
Yes. We recommend it for any new design. Samples are charged upfront and typically take 15-20 working days. Once you approve the sample, we move to bulk production at the confirmed spec.
What is your production process?
After your quote and deposit are confirmed, we source and confirm materials, produce a pre-production sample for your approval, then move to bulk cutting, sewing, decoration, quality inspection and export packing.
What is your standard lead time?
Standard lead time is typically 15-25 working days after sample approval, depending on order size. Dyeing, embroidery, and sublimation printing can add extra time on top of the base production schedule — we’ll confirm an exact timeline with your quote.
Can you match my brand’s exact colour?
Yes, we work from Pantone (TPX/TCX) references and produce lab dips or fabric swatches for your approval before bulk dyeing or printing begins.
Do you offer private label and custom packaging?
Yes — woven labels, printed tags, hang tags, and branded packaging can all be produced alongside your main order. See our labelling and packaging page for details.
What happens if I’m not happy with a sample?
If a sample doesn’t match the agreed specification, we’ll revise and resend it at no additional charge. If you’d like design changes beyond the original spec, we can quote an updated sample round.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on fabric, order quantity, decoration method, and any custom labelling or packaging. Share your design and target quantity with us and we’ll return a itemised quote covering samples and bulk production.
Can you handle rush orders?
Because quality garment production requires each stage to be completed properly before the next begins, we generally can’t compress standard lead times significantly. Let us know your deadline up front and we’ll confirm whether it’s workable.
Is your manufacturing ethical?

Do you offer dropshipping or print-on-demand?
No — we specialise in bulk custom manufacturing rather than single-unit dropshipping or print-on-demand fulfilment.
Are my designs kept confidential?
Yes. Your designs, tech packs and sourcing details are treated as confidential and are not shared with or used for other clients.
