Manufacturing Responsibly
Sustainability in garment manufacturing is a continuous process, not a checkbox. We focus on the parts of production we control directly on our own floor: fabric utilisation, water and energy use, and the working conditions of the people who make each order.
Fabric & Material Choices
We offer organic and recycled-blend cotton, low-impact dye processes, and deadstock fabric options on request. Offcuts and fabric remnants from cutting are sorted and reused where possible for smaller accessory runs rather than sent straight to waste.
Water & Energy
Our dyeing and washing partners use closed-loop water recycling systems where available, and we schedule production runs to reduce idle machine time and energy waste across shifts.
People First
Fair wages, safe working hours, and a clean, well-lit production floor aren’t optional extras for us — they’re the baseline. We’re glad to discuss our labour practices in detail with any brand doing supplier due diligence before placing an order.
Have specific sustainability requirements for your brand (organic certification, recycled poly, plastic-free packaging)? Tell us what you need and we’ll confirm what’s possible for your order.
